KARTE Datahub とは、顧客データや行動データ、オフラインデータなど分断されているデータベースを統合して顧客の解像度を上げることで、より深く顧客を知り、あらゆるチャネル・タッチポイントでワンストップにCX（顧客体験）の向上を実現する「データ統合・利活用プラットフォーム」です。

これまでのKARTEでは、Webサイトやネイティブアプリからリアルタイムに送られてくるデータや、 KARTEで配信したアクションの結果など、「イベント」と呼ばれる形式でユーザーデータを連携していました。

KARTE Datahub を使うことで、社内外に存在する多種大量なデータを KARTE に連携することができます。KARTE Datahubによって連携されたデータについては、KARTE の中でユーザーのセグメントに活用したり、WidgetやKARTE Talkのアクションから参照したりすることができます。

さらにKARTE Datahub では、従来KARTEで蓄積していたイベントデータに対しても、クエリ（SQL）で自由にデータ抽出ができるようになります。抽出したデータは、外部サービスに対してエクスポートしたり、KARTEの中で活用したりすることができます。

テーブルの作成

• Create and view tables in an area called “Dataset” in KARTE

クエリの実行、保存

• You can write and execute arbitrary queries in SQL against the tables in the dataset
• You can save the query and view the execution log

ジョブのスケジュール実行

• "Schedule function" allows you to import and export data to / from external storage and DMP

ユーザーへのデータ紐付け

• You can link data as user data and use it for segment conditions etc.

アクションからのデータ参照

• From inside the action, you can refer to information such as master data not associated with users

KARTE Talkと連携したリスト配信

• クエリの実行結果を配信リストとして、メールやSMSなどのKARTE Talk配信を実行できます

イベントデータの分析

• Execute arbitrary queries on real-time event data accumulated by KARTE for data analysis
